Job Description
Arrange and conduct ongoing operational training sessions in coordination with department managers to enhance employees' skills and qualifications
Prepare operational training budget for Scaffolding Division to ensure sufficient resources for ongoing training sessions
Evaluate the effectiveness of operational training programs and provide recommendations for improvement to ensure training programs match the functional needs of the employees
Develop operational training plans for employees to enhance the skills set according to company and employee requirements
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS & FINANCIAL AUTHORITY
Divisional Head of Operational Training reports to the GM - Scaffolding and confers with the latter on strategic issues
The Operational Training Function is responsible for the formulation, alignment and implementation of the
Division’s Operational Training strategies across KSA and keeping all of the Department’s systems abreast with the latest technologies and resources.
Key decisions having significant impact on Operational Training of the Division are referred to the Divisional General Manager and the Centralized Saudization and Talent Management Function for their views / approval as required before implementation.
The jobholder exercises financial authority as per the level established by the CEO / GM

Support creation of new training packages, both computer-based training and classroom courses through work with course owners and subject matter experts Utilize Articulate Studio, VTA, and Microsoft Office software tools to create training materials and manage training data Support evaluation of training effectiveness efforts Provide administrative support of VTA including assistance in the management of user accounts, course assignments, course schedules, and completion records. Provide VTA user support: answering how-to questions, playback troubleshooting, entering rosters, electronic records retention, and records research. Generate training completion reports and metrics, assisting training coordinators, and supporting system migrations as required Skills & Experience Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than your current employer; Extensive experience in instructional system design, i.e., developing and maintaining training programs Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, various instructional methods, delivery options, and training measurement and evaluation approaches Intermediate-level or greater expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Technical writing skills, with emphasis on training and process documentation Willingness and ability to organize a varied workload with minimal oversight.
