Job Description

Develop & Implement Financial strategies to support the strategic and operational needs

Financial planning (including financial structuring, cost of capital optimization, cash flow management, Zakat & Tax planning, Insurance planning and financial risk management)

- Develop detailed department structure and ensure availability of appropriate skill sets to deliver the desired functional expectations from the department

2 Closely interact with CEO and division heads to contribute towards the financial & commercial aspects in the preparation of business plans and growth strategies

3 Drive the development, implementation and improvement of finance and accounting policies, processes and systems to ensure business performance transparency, efficient controlling and standardization in reporting

4 Guide and Coordinate the annual budget preparation process in close interaction with CEO and division / department heads and make optimal budget recommendations to CEO / BoD
