* Ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

* Liaise with tender department to take all the available information and drawings of the awarded projects.
* Contact and meet the main contractors and consultants to collect the latest technical information, coordinated drawings, architectural drawings, MEP drawings and give all the gathered information to the Designer.
* Prepare minutes of meetings (internal or external meetings) and send them to the concerned.
* Follow up with the Designer for any problems in the design.
* Prepare RFIs and send them to the concerned.
* Stay informed about the project's status (site and design).
* Receive PT drawings and check PT rate before sending the drawings to the client.
* Highlight to the Technical Manager any deviation in the rates.
* Assist in preparing variation orders.
* Check drawings for any problem regarding implementation on site; coordinate with the construction department.
* Assist in solving site problems and send modifications to the design to be implemented.
* Assist in preparing answers to the consultant's comments in coordination with the Designer.
* Attend meetings with the Consultant or Contractor to solve design problems or to discuss comments (the presence of the Technical Manager and Designer may be requested depending on the case).
