Job Description

  • Responsible to provide preventive and corrective maintenance support for Instrument Sub-systems

Skills & Experience

  • Shall have at least OND/ONC or equivalent in Instrumentation/Electronics with extensive work experience in petrochemical or petroleum industry
  • Possess skill for carrying out preventive/corrective maintenance activities and configuration changes for Instrument Control Systems which include programmable Logic Controllers
  • Possess knowledge and experience in the configuration and maintenance of Instrument Control Systems is essential
  • Preferably have experience with Siemens S7-300 and PCS 7, ENRAF Tank Data Acquisition System, Allen Bradley ControlLogix, Bently Nevada 3500 and Woodward Micronet 5009
  • Possess skill to carry out maintenance strictly complying to established procedures, Work Instructions and best practices
  • Possess skill to identify Work Instruction improvements and author revisions
  • Shall be experienced with HSE and Permit to work requirements in petroleum and petrochemical industry
  • Preferably have a working level experience in SAP-PM and CMMS
  • Good communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Shall be a team player and able to work with different teams such as project, maintenance, engineering and contractors in multicultural environment

Job Description Verification and processing of invoices of 70 major contracts and more than several hundred Service & Purchase Orders. Verification includes checking of unit rates, back-up documentation and ensuring conditions are met as per individual contracts and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and adherence to policy and procedures. Also prepare invoices on behalf of Company for shared services. Post-Award Contract Administration including Performance Bank Guarantee monitoring, Insurance Administration, Contractor Performance Evaluation and Contract Close-Out Process. Prepare monthly cash forecast for four months following the current month on behalf of the projects to be incorporated into the Treasury Department.
