    These positions require a range of skills and knowledge including:

    Ability to coach and influence without formal authority or accountability. The incumbent will primarily be guiding / interacting with the most senior Well Eng person on the location but will also need to be able to effectively engage with all levels of Shell and Contractor staff.

    Participate in DWOP/CWOP activities, ensuring HSE risks are adequately controlled and HSSE plan as requested.

    Conduct regular structured site visits to operational locations both in an onshore and offshore environment, providing feedback to site through visit reports. Follow up with site on progress of actions raised. Provide support to areas requested to assist in improving HSSE performance.

    Review quality and implementation of site based HSSE Plans. Coach teams to improve effectiveness of plans through risk based approach and driving ownership of plan with team.

    Analyse HSSE data and information to identify issues and patterns, which can be discussed with well engineering community to develop appropriate interventions.

    Scheduling of onshore personnel movements and onshore Meet and Greet service to take personnel to from hotels, offices and airport for international flight connections.

    Active member of the Emergency response team, providing support and guidance during drills and excercises

    Support emergency rescue and evacuation plans with logistics resources as and when required (Medevac, Search and Rescue, Man over Board, Oil Spill response etc)
