    Job Description

    LOCATION: Stavanger, Norway START DATE: Immediate DURATION: 9 months+ Lawrence Harvey have been retained to provide a Consultant Reservoir Geologist to our client based in Stavanger. Duties will include performing evaluation and modelling as input to reservoir simulations and for the purposes of assessing well locations, determining well requirements and data acquisition procedures, following up and evaluating well results and constructing/updating of geological models. Experience: *Expert knowledge of Petrel software and workflows. *Ability to evaluate and analyse quality of data used for geological modelling. *Sedimentology and stratigraphy: Ability to interprete lithology and correlations based on logs, adapt geomodels and well results to influence the drilling activities accordingly. *Reservoir evaluation: Ability to update geological models when needed. *High skills in the technical part of the job including strong knowledge of tools to support studies and evaluation. *Minimum 5 years' experience from relevant disciplines.     TSV Services Engineer Definition The role of the TSV Services Engineer is to manage the Sub-contracts on Cuttings and mud system. The role will act as the Company representative towards the client on operational issues. Responsibilities The primary function of the TSV Services Engineer is to ensure a safe and efficient operation of the Mud/Cutting systems. Sub-Contractors Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensure that Cutting company and Mud Service company are working according to the Contracts. Verify operational reporting, follow up procurement, stock lists, maintenance plans. Support the Sub-contractors towards the marine operations, as cranes, forklift, marine crew. Call-off of additional personnel to the Cutting and mud system. Approve additional procurement and time sheets. Ensure that the sub-contractors have relevant experience and competence to execute the Work. Ensure that backload from the Sub-contractors are according to our procedures. Client Participate in meetings with Client offshore, establish and forward relevant reports to Client together with the OIM. Plan future operations and maintenance with Client. Act as Company rep during audits from Client and external bodies as PSA etc. within the mud-system area. Other This position may also be involved in miscellaneous tasks agreed with OIM/Vessel Manager Authority The TSV Services Engineer has direct and indirect supervisory authority over the Cutting/Mud Service Sub-Contractors. The TSV Services Engineer reports to the Master/ OIM. Mandatory Qualifications on Appointment: Drilling Engineer Bachelor level, or similar education Training and Competence following Appointment: As per the vessel training matrix (Doc xx). Minimum 3 years offshore competence within drilling area Minimum 1 year experience as Ass. Driller, drilling engineer or above Reporting: The TSV Services Engineer reports to the Master/OIM.
