Leap 29 - Subsea Project Manager - 18 month Contract - Stavanger - Major Tie Back to existing Facility - Operating Asset
Leap 29 are currently working with a major operator, who are expanding a functioning asset in Norway.
Based out of Stavanger we are looking for an experienced Subsea Project Manager to relocate to Stavanger to take responsibility for delivery of the contract.
You will be joining the project as it completes Detailed Engineering, and then take responsibility for the Execution of the contract
You will then have at least 8 years experience working in a project management role, managing and overseeing teams of at least 5-10 people, acting in a client facing role to ensure successful delivery of contracts.
Overseeing plans and procedures and instilling accountability within the team ina pro active manner.
Previous experience in Norway and working experience of the Norwegian Standards (NORSOK) is extremely beneficial.

Job Description The Project Control Manager has the responsibility to ensure that all requirements for cost control, accounting, planning/scheduling, contract administration and risk / uncertainty management are met. Ensure that all personnel within the relevant project group are familiar with applicable HSE policies and requirements. Responsible for fulfilling the HSE requirements of the contract and policies within the relevant project group. Responsible for ensuring that all personnel within the relevant project group are familiar with and fulfil the HSE requirements of the contract and policies. Responsible for ensuring that corrective actions are executed in the event of deviations to the HSE requirements within the relevant project group. Responsible for ensuring that HSE aspects are taken care of in the planning and execution of activities related to the relevant project group. Be fully familiar with and comply with all relevant requirements of the Quality Management System. Fulfil relevant quality requirements of the contract and policies Ensure that all personnel within the relevant project group are familiar with and fulfil relevant quality requirements of the contract and policies. Ensure establishment and maintenance of all required procedures for the relevant project group in question in accordance with the quality requirements of the contract and policies, and ensure that these procedures properly interface with the procedures used by the other groups in the project team. Maintain and regularly review the relevant project group's standards and procedures to ensure quality of work is in accordance with the Quality Management System. Ensure that all personnel within the relevant project group are fully familiar with and comply with all relevant established policies, procedures etc. Ensure that the work related to the relevant project group is executed in accordance with the established procedures. Ensure that corrective actions related to non-conformance within the relevant project group are executed in accordance with established quality requirements, and that the source, causes, actions etc. from such findings are highlighted to the personnel of the relevant project group. Participate in safety and quality system audits and take prompt corrective action when called for by audit findings. Skills & Experience Commercial or administrative education at University or College level Extensive experience in the oil and gas sector Extensive experience within Project Control with personnel responsibility. Must be proficient in English and Norwegian, both orally and written. This is a contract position. The rate for this position is negotiable.
