1. Construction Manager - Prime member of the project team responsible for delivering proficiently, projects of varying size and complexity. 2. The Construction Manager is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling the Site activities, under the direction of the Senior Project Manager & Operations Manager 3. Construction Manager will report technically to the Client and Sr.Project Manager and will be responsible for all technical issues related to his area of specialization. 4. Co-ordination between Client, Consultant, Contractors & Sub-Contractors, TPI, Local Authorities etc. 5. Co-ordination with other engineering discipline specialists and Company’s home office also required. 6. Supervision of works including fabrication, installation, testing, painting, and other related activities for construction of Storage tanks. 7. Progress monitoring and approvals. 8. Checking and certification of Contractor’s invoices with respect to the actual progress at site. 9. Maintain latest copies of all drawings and documents at the site office. 10. Ensure that works are carried out as per the latest & approved drawings and applicable engineering Codes & Standards, Client and Local Authority requirements etc. 11. Ensure that proper Quality control is maintained for all the works being carried out at site. 12. Material inspections, review and approval of Material Certificates etc. 13. Process and resolve concession & deviation requests, non-conformities etc. from the Contractors. 14. Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings with Client and Contractors. 15. Meetings and follow-ups with Local Authorities for obtaining necessary permits, approvals etc. 16. Review, comment and approve the construction related deliverables submitted by Contractors, including procedures, method statements, ITPs etc. 17. Witness all destructive & non-destructive tests, examinations etc. by the Contractors. 18. Follow all safety rules, recognize and report safety hazards. 19. Analyzes and resolves work related problems
