    Job Purpose and Scope: a)Prepare a complete ERD/MRC Drilling Program. Work closely with other groups to assure program is based on all available geological, reservoir and drilling information from nearby wells.     Goal of this function:

    Provides leadership and direction to the fabrication yard team. Coordinates all Engineering Disciplines. Supervises all subcontractors. Implements the requirements of the Fabrication Execution Plan Fabrication approvals
