Job Description

Prepare progamme curriculum and schedules for Operations Trainee groups and Field Employees. Identify and prepare relevant training resources/documents required for training groups. Conduct classroom training using various audio-visual aids to ensure trainees acquire the required underpinning knowledge. Present City and Guilds OPITO POL level 3 to Operations Trainee groups. Supervise trainees on scheduled Field based tasks and OJT. Liaise with Operations Department line management to develop Rotation year schedules. Discuss with Operations Department line management material/methods to satisfy identified training needs. Write, update and present in house training modules for both Operations trainees and Field employees. Develop and update client's ob competency documentation (Skill Ladders). Assess employee job competency against NVQ POH level 2/3 standards, provide feedback and identify training needs. Actively assist in the development of identified Operations employees to acquire Level 3 award assessing competence in the work environment (A1 award). Maintain up to date records of trainee progress and training courses conducted in the Field including, but not limited to, exam results, attendance records, progress reports and training database inputs. The candidate must be a holder of A1 certificate.
