• Control pricing and service costs closely to achieve desired profit margins
• Possess a deep and broad understanding of how to communicate and work well with corporate and other subsidiary companies to increase revenues
• Financial budgeting and planning experience and skills
Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Oil and Gas CEO with start up experience to lead our company to the next level. With a diverse and in place unique service offering AGG are looking for a CEO with the ability to formulate a clear vision and provide determined and mature leadership to this subsidiary as it goes through tremendous growth, implement the company plan and establish a strong brand position within the oil and gas sector.You will directly control the day to day operations, sales and marketing, deliverables, quality assurance, safety, finance, and human resources. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at senior level with current and potential client companies, as well as effectively developing and hiring employees who can grow strategically, are progressive and accountable.
The right person for this role will need to possess all of the technical and consultative skills necessary to sell a project yet the management skills to ensure strategic business success.
Ideally you will have 20 years plus experience in managing operations for drilling operations, exploration and production, This individual should have a broad experience in the Oil and Gas industry and in depth understanding of related industries preferably with some knowledge of the Middle East.
