Lead the Well Construction Team to meet the tasks of the Department. Ensure timely generation of Well Programs and AFEs as per approved standards. Monitor well expenditure against well AFE and in case of overrun, require the approval for additional expenditure. Ensure and monitor the Drilling Contractor and Service Companies performance and correct them when required.
