They are currently recruiting for the position of Training Coordinator, based in Anchorage. Job Description The Training Coordinator provides varied support functions to the Operations Discipline Capability Training department, including administration of Virtual Training Assistant (VTA); design, development, and implementation of HSE and Operations training courses; instructing select courses; and providing user technical support. Support creation of new training packages, both computer-based training and classroom courses through work with course owners and subject matter experts Utilize Articulate Studio, VTA, and Microsoft Office software tools to create training materials and manage training data Support evaluation of training effectiveness efforts Provide administrative support of VTA including assistance in the management of user accounts, course assignments, course schedules, and completion records. Provide VTA user support: answering how-to questions, playback troubleshooting, entering rosters, electronic records retention, and records research. Generate training completion reports and metrics, assisting training coordinators, and supporting system migrations as required Skills & Experience Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than your current employer; Extensive experience in instructional system design, i.e., developing and maintaining training programs Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, various instructional methods, delivery options, and training measurement and evaluation approaches Intermediate-level or greater expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Technical writing skills, with emphasis on training and process documentation Willingness and ability to organize a varied workload with minimal oversight. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks for on-schedule delivery Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration skills Strong networking, influencing and facilitation skills Demonstrated ability to provide high quality customer service Experience evaluating safety and compliance training design and development including DOT, OSHA, and other regulatory compliance areas Experience developing computerized training packages using Articulate Studio software Experience in the Oil and Gas industry Accredited University degree English fluency required. Job Description

Prepare progamme curriculum and schedules for Operations Trainee groups and Field Employees. Identify and prepare relevant training resources/documents required for training groups. Conduct classroom training using various audio-visual aids to ensure trainees acquire the required underpinning knowledge. Present City and Guilds OPITO POL level 3 to Operations Trainee groups. Supervise trainees on scheduled Field based tasks and OJT. Liaise with Operations Department line management to develop Rotation year schedules. Discuss with Operations Department line management material/methods to satisfy identified training needs. Write, update and present in house training modules for both Operations trainees and Field employees. Develop and update client's ob competency documentation (Skill Ladders). Assess employee job competency against NVQ POH level 2/3 standards, provide feedback and identify training needs. Actively assist in the development of identified Operations employees to acquire Level 3 award assessing competence in the work environment (A1 award). Maintain up to date records of trainee progress and training courses conducted in the Field including, but not limited to, exam results, attendance records, progress reports and training database inputs. The candidate must be a holder of A1 certificate.
