Employing over 5,000 personnel onshore and offshore they are one of the world's leading subsea engineering and construction companies servicing the Oil & Gas industryAs UK HSEQ Director your main responsibilities will includeManage all HSEQ activities on projects within the country ensuring appropriate resources are deployed. Support the execution of internal and external audits. Provide input to Country policy in accordance with the Organisation's overall strategy. Support cross territory liaison and works closely with Offshore Resources for vessel HSEQ issues. Contribute HSEQ expertise to major bids and projects in the country and manages key customer HSEQ relationships. Key relationships are established and maintained with clients on a country basis, industry partners and appropriate professional bodies. A full understanding of legal requirements and active relationship with the regulator is required. Job Description
An excellent opportunity for a HSEQ Engineer to join our client who is involved in the Oil & Gas sector and provides a recognised forum for members to discuss, establish and present a consistent view on strategic issues of mutual interest relating to the safe operation and maintenance within the Oil & Gas industry. This is a newly created role to provide Technical Risk Management and Safety Engineering support to all aspects of the business including Projects and Operations as well as development of COMAH safety reports. It will be necessary for candidates to be of graduate calibre in an engineering discipline with experience of risk management techniques such as; HAZOPs, HAZIDs, FMECA and Design Reviews. Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is required with working knowledge of management systems 9001, 14001 and 18001 with a clear ability to drive the values of process safety in day to day behaviours.
