Our client is seeking an EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Specialist to support their plant in Switzerland.
CANDIDATES MUST BE FLUENT IN SWISS GERMAN and ENGLISH.
The EHS Specialist will form part of a team of EHS Specialists focused on providing advice and leadership during the project, with the purpose of reducing hazards and risks and ensuring the welfare of the workforce.
Role and Responsibilities
The EHS Specialists role will be to work along side of the Engineering team and provide key regulatory and legislative advice, assist with the development and update of the Health and Safety plan and liaise between Site, Engineering and Regional Management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a full time EHS or HSE Advisor / Specialist, with experience of major engineering projects such as shutdowns and turnarounds. You hold a valid Health and Safety accreditation (NEBOSH, HSE Degree, Diploma etc.) and hold current membership with a professional institute (IOSH, IIRSM).
