    • Work with members of the Technology Group and specialist groups to ensure that KEC assets are evaluated to the highest technical standard within the time frame required of the work program. • Provide guidance to project teams on all aspects of geophysical interpretation • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality interpretation products from project teams, including quality control and overall integration of relevant geophysical studies • Provide advice and recommendations on introduction and use of new seismic related technologies and work practices • Generate reports on the activities of the department on a regular basis to top management. • Champion of geophysical excellence across the company • Jointly with senior management and team leads continuously work to optimize project resource distribution within the company. • Participate in Functional Reviews of exploration and appraisal projects, including full understanding of risking of leads and prospects. • Represent the Geophysics Function to Senior Management, particularly in regards to quality assurance for key investment decisions such as acreage capture, significant seismic acquisition or exploration and appraisal drilling. • Keep abreast of new industry related developments in the geophysical field, through participation in conferences and other relevant forums • Provide advice and support on geophysical matters to the Data Base Management group • Organize and plan adequate training of the staff in the Head Office and in the Branch Offices to keep up the highest technical level within the whole company. • Support HR department in the selection of right G&G professional for Technology Group
