    Minimum Requirments

    - Five years' post-graduate experience as a Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist. Must have experience of :-

    - Geotechnical field exploration, including borehole drilling, sampling and sample preservation, rock coring, cone penetrometer soundings and boring log preparation.

    - Analysis of shallow foundations, bearing capacity and settlement.

    - Analysis of axial pile capacity for driven steel piles and for cast-in-place and auger-cast concrete piles.

    - Analysis of lateral soil pressure, retaining walls and slope stability.

    - Analysis of earthworks including, soil compaction, excavation and shoring.

    - Seismic and electrical resistivity testing

    - Pile Integrity Tests and full-scale load tests.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    - Prepare geotechnical investigation scopes of work and geotechnical reports.

    - Provide consultations on geotechnical design and construction problems.

    - Conduct field visits for construction issues.

    - Conduct analyses and studies on complex projects as directed by Senior Geotechnical Engineers.

    - Review geotechnical investigation reports conducted by third party geotechnical contractors.

    - Perform quality checks on third party geotechnical contractors in the field and lab operations.

    The successful candidate will be a Senior or Principal Process Engineer with a strong background conducting feasibility studies on refining/petrochemical facilities and long-term business strategies related to these facilities; as well as performing process/system and economic analysis of existing and potential new refining/petrochemicals operations.

    Requirements

    - Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. A Professional Engineer (P.E) or Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) license or registration would be desirable but is not essential.

    - Fifteen (15) years of professional experience, as a specialist within refining and petrochemicals, focused on planning with related in experience in technical support of operations and detailed design; with at least 5 years experience in refinery operations

    - Directing professional consultants in planning and executing engineering studies.

    Essential:

    - BTEC HNC/HND or degree in electronic/electrical engineering or engineering technology.

    - Have a good understanding of building/designing test rigs/ATE using PLC controls /Labview

    - Experience of providing engineering support in a manufacturing environment..

    - Experience of working in cross-functional teams.

    - Excellent communication skills.

    Advantageous:
