    Job Description

    - Support the Balance of Plant Lead Engineer as a core member of the Balance of Plant team in the delivery of business related targets

    - Deliver expert advice in all technical areas associated with Radwaste systems and plant within the BoP scope of the project

    - Undertake review and acceptance/adoption activities associated with the Reference Design and subsequent design changes or concessions within the Radwaste scope

    - Undertake review and acceptance/adoption activities associated with the Reference Design and subsequent design changes or concessions within the Balance of Plant Radwaste scope

    - Provide support to the Licensing and Permissions Directorate in accordance with agreed project programmes to ensure that licensing requirements are met

    - Act as Intelligent Customer for support services provided by others (including Responsible Designers for highly specialised design knowledge)

    Skills & Experience

    - A track record of success and achievement demonstrated within relevant roles

    - A relevant engineering or science qualification to degree level or above

    - Expert knowledge of Radwaste systems

    - Experience of the review and acceptance/adoption of nuclear power station designs and/or safety cases

    - Knowledge and understanding of safety cases

    - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

    - Experience of practical delivery of their own work and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and standards

    - Drive, commitment and enthusiasm, particularly for the development of nuclear power in the UK.

    - Ability to learn and deliver value in a changing and growing organisation

    - Ability to operate consistently in line with company values which include Safety, Courage, Integrity, Collaboration and Inspiration

    - Mobility and commitment to undertake business travel both within the UK and overseas as required

    - Experience of Regulatory interaction

    - Knowledge of Design Authority and Intelligent Customer responsibilities within a nuclear context

    - Knowledge of the relevant codes and standards and QA measures

    - Experience in complex engineering and design projects

    - Strategic vision and thinking

    This is a permanent position.

Each day, you will be the face of CpM as you lead the development and delivery of these approaches to support our consulting work. As a Project Manager you will serve as the primary contact in sustained relationships with clients, achieve complete client satisfaction with our work, and fully leverage our relationship to benefit the client and the firm. You should be a self-motivated professional with a minimum of 15 years demonstrated experience in an industrial environmental consulting environment, capable of demonstrating a history of expanding work areas with existing clients and growing new productive relationships, and have a desire to grow personally as well as professionally with each environmental compliance & sustainability information management specialist job.Our Technologist:Manage the delivery of projects involving environmental strategy development, compliance assurance strategies, and design of associated work processes.
