    A fantastic opportunity to work as an environmental officer aboard a prestigious cruise ship. Direct reporting responsibility to the Master, particularly in respect of any non-compliance in Environmental matters

    Responsibilities

    * Assume personal responsibility for safety and the environment. Be accountable for themselves and the safety of others in their vicinity. Environmental consciousness forms one part of this accountability.
    * Conduct, together with relevant shipboard personnel, monthly shipboard environmental self-assessments to ensure environmental programs are properly maintained and reported to the Compliance Team and Marine & Technical Operations.
    * Maintain ship copies of all waste manifests and provide copies of manifests to shore side offices for corporate record-keeping.

    Education and Experience:

    * Deck Officer qualifications and licenses in compliance with all International and National conventions and regulations.
    * Deck Officer license, and all of the certificates as required by the STCW 95.
    * Some experience on passengers' vessels as Deck Officer of or equivalent position.
