Job Description Review and comment on design process engineering deliverables prepared earlier by the FEED Contractors for the Block 404 NGL Extraction Project. Review and approve work associated with Dynamic Process Modelling of the plant and provide oversight of the FEED contractors to update process simulation work as required. Undertake any necessary process engineering studies that may be required to support/confirm the designs proposed by the FEED Contractors. Provide oversight for pipeline design, routing and required tie-ins. Prepare a project execution plan, contracting strategy and deliver cost and schedule to support project sanction. Ensure compliance with the project design philosophies, specifications and Algerian as well as internationally recognised codes, standards and regulatory requirements. Attend and actively participate in the key design reviews such as HAZID and HAZOP.
