NCPOC, Location - Eskene West, pattern - 28/28 Accountabilities and Responsibilities: The job holder is responsible for: Assist in the development and execute technical studies exploring the strengths and weaknesses of various commissioning/start-up concepts and combinations of concepts. Assist in the development and/or modify strategies for the management of flow assurance risks, such as hydrates, slugging, and wax deposition, in a manner that assures safe, cost effective, and reliable operation. Integrate process control requirements into system-wide solutions, collaborating with discipline engineers, production technology, reservoir engineering, and Operations Provide technical input to the preparation of the initial commissioning, start-up and operating procedures including preservation and training requirements. Review the engineering design to identify any changes necessary to minimize the impact on the commissioning and start-up. Contribute to the development of the Integrated Commissioning and Start-up Logic and Plans. Contribute to the development of test protocols for commissioning and required procedures for execution of the same. Ensures all interfaces are, from a commissioning perspective, identified i.e. Pipelines, telecoms, Power generation and Drilling as well as ensuring requirements are compatible across flow assurance interface boundaries. Develop and deliver training programs for CSU and Operations staff on key flow assurance elements. Co-ordinate team of ICSS Commissioning Engineers, Vendor Engineers and Technicians in commissioning and preparation for Start-up activities for the onshore plants. Coordinating and performing PCS/ESD/F&G function testing, EP contractor technical queries and defect rectification works. Responsible for dynamic commissioning loop tuning during production Start-up and Operations support interface of activities to offshore platforms and onshore groups.

NCPOC Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Perform as maintenance Technical Authority for all issues related to maintenance of instrumentation, control and automation systems. Exact split responsibilities is defined by company Manual of Technical Authority. Develop pan asset Maintenance Strategies and Procedures for company instrumentation, control and automation systems in compliance with Kazakh Regulations and company adopted Standards (including Shell and adopted International standards). Ensure implementation of approved strategies and procedures across all company assets. Review and improve existing strategies and procedures in timely manner as per latest technical and maintenance requirements. Support implementation of SAP Maintenance Programs, including Campaign programs, in order to ensure Integrity, Safe and Reliable Operation and maximum availability of the facilities. Identify spare parts and consumables required for reliable operation of the control and automation systems and raise Material Master requests for such. Review the Quality of Execution of maintenance activities such that Preventive Maintenance, Inspections and Corrective Maintenance job routines are executed in accordance with the agreed work management plans at World-class Standards. Check and if necessary assist in development of Safeguarding Over-Ride (Inhibit) Procedures in line with Operating Procedures. Carry out Troubleshooting / Inspection to establish root causes of failure (RCFA) and prepare Corrective Maintenance plans and detailed schedules, including materials and manpower resources. Provide Competency Assessment, Staff Mentoring, On the Job Training (OJT), discipline specialist courses to progress the development of competencies and skills of maintenance engineers and technicians. Participate in development of competency and training requirements, for company instrumentation and process control maintenance personnel, Define competency requirements for MMSC and subcontractors in regard to instrumentation and control discipline. Participate in recruitment of instrument and control engineers and technicians in line with Company guidelines and standards. Participate in integrated commissioning tests, check the handover and acceptance documentation, and approve drawings; Control that all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities carried out in full compliance with labour safety, company safety rules and industrial sanitation rules; Liaise with authority inspectors on the issues involving operation control and automation systems; Develop and verify guidelines and checklists on scheduled and unscheduled repairs using SAP system; Participate in the integrated activity planning process, review 14 days, 90 days, and 52 weeks plans and provide input; Participate in Shut Down campaign preparation and execution process and provide support and inputs; Proactively working on implementation of methods of condition monitoring and condition based maintenance in order to improve control and automation systems integrity, reliability and achieve cost effective operation and maintenance. Put forward proposals for changes to the requests for inspections, tests and maintenance of equipment based on the results of work, manufacturer's recommendations, actual equipment operation and typical faults; In case of equipment failure and parts defects ensure manufacture and suppliers participation in; o Root cause analysis o Corrective or preventive measures development Act as Contract Holder for selected contracts. In this role be responsible for the initiation, award, execution and completion of the contracts for which you have been appointed Contract Holder.
