    The shutdowns will involve Mechanical Equipment and Piping refurbishments and small projects to replace furnaces and columns on refineries. The Shuts will happen from March to August next year across the refineries, but they have already started with the Prep and Plan phase on one refinery. We are looking for a Shutdown Site Manager that will manage the Preparation and Planning of the shutdown, which will entail managing scopers, compiling packs for shutdown, identify resource requirements and finalising shutdown schedule.     Our client is facing problems on a number of aspects of their sterile facility. The most critical and urgent one is to revise and adjust the load patterns of their autoclaves. Both the facility and autoclaves are existing ones on site. After an internal check they found that the sterilization cycles were not repeatable. They started to work on that in the last few weeks and they now would like to appoint somebody on a full time basis a resource to drive the resolution of the problem.

    Responsibilities;
    ·Knowledgeable and experienced in performing FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis)
    ·Writing of Commissioning Protocols for autoclaves IQ, OQ and PQs
    ·Execution of Commissioning Protocols IQ, OQ and PQs
    ·Writing and execution of Commissioning Protocols for Part Washers IQ, OQ and PQs
    ·Calibration of Thermocouples for Temperature Mapping Studies
    ·Calculation and interpretation of data for Equipment Commissioning Studies
    ·Develop, Review and modify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    ·Generate test procedures to validate new equipment

    Applicant will be working in a pharmaceutical environment as a contractor for one of the worlds largest Pharmaceutical clients. Although you will be park of the site supporting team you will practically operate with the client team and other consultants.

    Requirements:
    ·Commissioning Engineer wanted with knowledge of Commissioning of steam sterilizers (autoclaves), GMP facilities and cGMP requirements.
    ·2-5 years of work experience in a regulated industry (preferably FDA-regulated biotech/pharmaceutical) industry.
    ·The candidate must be fluent in English
    ·Able to write specifications on the load patterns and testing protocols.
    ·Specific experience on autoclave testing is required.
