The HSE superintendent will also have to provide support and generate reports (risk assessment, accident incidents and QHSE internal audits) to pre commissioning, commissioning and project management team.

    Key Requirements -

    *BSc in Engineering (Chemical or environmental is preferred).
    *20 years industry experience related to HSE in oil field operations.
    *7 years' experience in Refineries.
    *Proven experience on Multi-Billion Dollar refinery projects is preferred.

    - Ensure the EPCM contractor's commissioning strategies, procedures, and plans are in line with projects requirements.

    - Responsible for accepting on company's behalf handover of equipment, systems and facilities from Contractor.

    - Execute the Project to Asset handover process, ensuring that all regulatory and stakeholder requirements are proactively met.

    - Set up Systemization (define commissioning systems)

    - Develop CSU plans.

    - Set up activity description-logic relationships-resources/vendor support/special tools-temporary facilities-durations

    - Management and acceptance of punch list and close out items.
