    - Ensuring the quality assurance, overall integrity and coherence of the projects commissioning activities.

    - Maintaining commissioning focus, momentum and the environment to support projects.

    - Managing the commissioning team through proper and effective interface, integration, monitoring and reinforcement to ensure commissioning work is executed safely and in accordance with sites processes.

    Synopsis

    We are recruiting 3 Area Authorities (AA) for a project in Azerbaijan. The role will initially be based in the ATA ship yards in Baku during the onshore commissioning phase and transfer to offshore to support the installation HUC.

    Reporting to the Operations Team leader but working for the ATA Site Controller during the onshore commissioning phase and the OIM during the offshore HUC, the post holder will be accountable for management of the ATA CoW system onshore and eCoW offshore. The area authority will also liaise closely with other site area authorities to identify potential SIMOPS clashes and act as affected area authority.

    During the commissioning phase there will be an extensive period of high pressure nitrogen/helium leak testing and during the offshore HUC there will be daily interface with subsea commissioning.

    Key Accountabilities:
