    Main responsibilities will include:
    To deliver SUEM for specific Project Portfolio systems.
    Liaise with Project Commissioning teams nominated Site Operations Personnel with a view to providing assurance of delivery of Project Operations assurance, Systems Safe and Operable.
    Prepare detailed facility start up procedures based on the project start-up strategy, e.g.
    -Identify and prepare the required plant performance testing procedures for hydrocarbon and Utility Systems.
    -Prepare the Start Up Execution Manual.
    -Prepare a detailed Start Up Plan based on the procedures
    -Prepare and control a set of valve line up process and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) for start-up.

    Essential Education:

    Essential experience and job requirement:

    Attend Project meetings and represent and present Operational inputs.
    Proven ability to work in and with perse groups, and to work on own initiative
    Fully conversant with engineering drawings, project schedules and the ability to produce written reports.
    Contributing to HAZOP, LOPA, SIL and Alarm Management reviews for Project scopes.
    Ensure all start up activities are in line with the companys' integrity management standards
    Execute Start Up execution Procedures with the necessary Operations assistance.

    Job Description -Commissioning Engineer Functional Role Level Senior Engineer Job Purpose Responsible for the assigned task during FEED preparation and execution. Focal point for the development of pre-commissioning and commissioning procedure including associated equipment spreads. Responsible to report and highlight critical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities or aspects which could jeopardize the project. Supervise contractor performance and support the evaluation of proposed solutions.Oversee and manage third-party engineering in the preparation of ITT scopes work and project schedules confirming that all the technical issues raised during FEED phase have been properly assessed by the Contractors and incorporated into the documents.Ensure work is executed within budget, meets Company Standards and applicable codes. Identify any potential risks with design, engineering, quality, and safety. ROLE DEFINITION Main Responsibilities Support and advise engineering department in delivering an effective and efficient pre-commissioning and commissioning scope. Ensure compliance of design process with pre-commissioning and commissioning expectations.Providing input on subsea pre-commissioning and commissioning aspect during design of SPS equipment/structures, offshore pipeline and infrastructure. Review the Contractors testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures, schedule and execution plans. Identify and address all interface issues with other entities such as SPS with respect to systems pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.Lead a cross-functional team of company and third party resources. Integrating (and managing as required) activities across subsurface, subsea, topsides and other project support disciplines.Ensure that FEED contractor performs all pre-commissioning and commissioning in strict accordance with the Company methodology and best industry practise.Responsible for proper application of industry and applicable regulatory codes, standards, and practices for the pre-commissioning and commissioning of subsea systems, umbilical, flow-lines, jumpers, rigid/flexible spools risers, manifolds, controls and subsea trees. Key Activities To coordinate the development of engineering and design deliverables for pre commissioning and commissioning of whole SPS equipment's, key infrastructure, pipeline and umbilical.Manage and approve the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning dossier and procedure. Ensure the contractor adequately provides tools and spare parts for commissioning. Approve the FEED contractor system commissioning procedures and Operational Test Procedures. Ensure satisfactory definition of sub-system boundary limits and define the commissioning packages.Ensure that all project deliverable fully comply with all security, health and safety instructions according to Company standard and International regulation.To supervise the preparation of tender package and the preparation of method statements and technical solutions .     - Instructs, supervises and provides technical direction to technician teams, vendors and specialist subcontractors/third party personnel in the area to deliver to Static & Dynamic Commissioning targets.

    - Supports the Area Commissioning Leads on mechanical commissioning issues.

    - Accountable for maintaining the mechanical commissioning teams performance, efficiency, productivity and delivery to schedule.

    - Support the TO/HO team with MC Turnover from Construction, and with the Handover of Commissioned Systems to Operations.

    - Ensuring that equipment and systems are fully commissioned at Handover, and ready to operate in compliance with the TCP.

    - Interface with Company Safety Advisor and Contractor Safety Officers to ensure a safe and environmentally sound job area.

    - Responsible for Safety and Environmental controls for activities in all buildings, systems and zones within their areas of activity under ISCT Care, Custody and Control (support from ISCT HSE team).

    - Assurance of required permitting, isolations, zero energy states and full compliance with ISCT and Area Prime Safe Working practices, methods and processes including JSA's/FLRA's/Toolbox talks etc.

    Skills & Experience

    - College technical diploma and/or equivalent discipline/vocational qualification or extensive relevant and transferable mechanical commissioning experience, preferably in an Oil and Gas Environment.

    - In-depth knowledge of Project Completion standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria.

    - Established track record in supervision of large teams through Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, Start Up and initial plant operations.

    - Proven strong technical skills in discipline subject matter.

    - Strong understanding of work planning, scheduling and tracking.

    - Demonstrated work ethic with delivery focus with strong organizational ability.

    - Exposure to company practices, processes, and expectations with respect to Systems Completion, Preservation, Commissioning and Start Up operations.

    - Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as required to function effectively within a project team and to communicate with project management, contractors, and sub contractors.

    This is a contract position.
