Organise and manage the interfaces between the project work packages during the preparation and the execution of the commissioning and ensure all relevant commissioning scopes of work between the Contractor and Subsea contractors are being co-ordinated and executed in a sequenced and timely manner. Supervise the reporting of commissioning execution to ensure that all technical, contractual and cost information is properly recorded, collected and available for inspection/reference as required by project procedures. Report to the Commissioning Manager on all aspects pertaining to Precommissioning and Commissioning Progress and Status by monitoring and verifying planned activities against the actual progress of activities.
