    Job Description

    - Develop an integrated activity plan for the SHWE Project incorporating O&M, Drilling and PMT plans

    - Provide an assessed response by analysing, diagnosing and using professional judgement in the planning, monitoring and reporting of the SHWE Project Integrated Activity Plan

    - Develop and manage integrated planning meetings

    - Resolves planning conflicts according to overall business priority and requirements of plan owner

    - Communicates the Integrated Activity Plan to O&M, Drilling and PMT groups

    - Track plan performance metrics

    - Ensure plans are consistent with Health, Safety, Security and Environmental requirements

    - Plan the work performance and estimate requirements for resources and equipment to meet the programme

    - Responsible for update of Long (2 Year)and Medium (90 day) term IAP Plan

    - Maintains Coordination between Planning and other plant activities.

    - Ensures adequate planning and scheduling of Shutdown/Turnaround Activities and highlights potential conflicts. (POB, Materials etc.)

    - Build the base plan through iteration with activity and plan owners

    - Collate activities for the plan across the functions and Activity Owners

    - Build close relationships with all functional groups that contribute to the Integrated Activity Plan

    - Lead the coordination of all Integrated Activity Planning activities to ensure they meet expected deliverables

    - Co-ordinate the appropriate sequence of work events to meet the business plan

    - Responsible for own safety and the protection of others

    - Champion compliance to Oil and Gas industry regulations and implementation of industry best practice.

    - Provide support to and interface with HSE Management & Safety representatives to ensure Company E&P initiatives are implemented

    - Ensure that Company Policy related to Health, Safety and the Environment are complied with at all times

    Skills & Experience

    - Degree/Diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline

    - Understands the impact of strategic and commercial considerations on project activities

    - Knowledge of Oil and Gas standards and regulations

    - Proven success in delivering the successful planning of major operations activities in the Oil and Gas industry

    - Ensure that all work conducted will be done so in a safe manner, utilising all safety equipment & PPE necessary to complete the specific work.

    - Conduct Job Safety Analysis / Task Risk Assessments & Toolbox Talks as & when required.

    - Know & Understand your role in an emergency situation & in emergency exercises / drills.

    - Participate in all Investigations of Incidents related to equipment on the facility.

    - Supervision, Planning and implementation of all Instrument activity in order to optimize production within safety, legislative, environmental and company requirements.

    - Supervise the Offshore Instrument Department, liaising with Production and other Supervisors to carry out safe and efficient planned maintenance routines.

    - Responsible for maximizing availability of all plant and equipment and thus ensure security of production understanding that the direction of all routine maintenance activities shall be in line with company operating policies and procedures and shall ensure compliance with safety, legislative, environmental and certifying authority requirements.

    - Responsible for organizing and planning the routine maintenance regime of all onboard equipment, plant and systems within safety and budgetary constraints and in liaison with the Offshore Maintenance Supervisor, Production Supervisor and Offshore Installation Manager.

    - Responsible for directing the activities of mechanical staff to a high loss control standard in accordance with the company safety regulations and procedures, in order to minimize the risk of personal injury, environmental damage, and asset damage.

    - Review and rationalize Preventative Maintenance procedures, evaluate and optimize maintenance routines along with other onboard Operational personnel and onshore support staff.

    - Carry out Permit to work tasks as Area Authority for designated area and conduct toolbox talks/ Job safety analysis as required.

    - Regularly review and monitor compliance with safe work systems and maintenance procedures.

    - Extensive knowledge of Hydrocarbon production systems and equipment.

    - Ability to communicate with technical specialists, read P&IDs and to interpret technical drawings and specification documents.

    - Monitor the CBTA program and ensure it is being progressed and national labour is reaching the required standards within the expected time frames.

    - Coach & Mentor the Myanmar National Staff to ensure they are in compliance with all HSE

    - guidelines and utilising best Industry practices.

    - Awareness of Human factors, including the effects of Environmental conditions & potential

    - effects of SIMOPS on the facility.

    - Assists the Maintenance Supervisor with evaluation of equipment performance when requested.

    - Ability to identify & order spare parts through the CMMS Inventory System and comprehensively update the onboard Critical Instrument Spares inventory.

    - Collect Sample Data from running machinery for Equipment performance analysis.

    - Compile detailed written reports on daily activities, maintain records of all maintenance activities carried out by you on any equipment.

    - Ensure that CMMS is kept up to date with all relevant Historical data and Man hours.

    Skills & Experience

    - Fluency in English both written & spoken with good personal/interpersonal skills.

    - Demonstrate leadership & personnel supervisory skills.

    - Culturally aware with experience of working with multi-national workforces

    - Instrument/electronic Trade Certificate/Technical diploma in Instrument Engineering

    - Extensive knowledge of Instrument Maintenance procedures on Process and Utilities equipment, on an Oil & Gas Facility.

    - Ability to lead a team of Instrument/Electronic Technicians, both as a supervisor and in a technical advisory capacity.

    - Provide support to and interface with HES Management & Safety representatives to ensure corporate and in country initiatives are implemented

    - Take leadership role in HAZID & HAZOP, VIP, IPA, RAM analysis and Gap analysis exercises (possibly with 3rd Party Facilitators & Contractors).

    - Provide support to the Engineering, Drilling Contractor and Vendor teams in assessing and developing Risk Mitigation strategies associated with the production engineering design, fabrication and installation of the; Onshore Gas Terminal/Supply Base/Topsides Facilities/Pipelines/Sub-sea wells and In-field pipelines.

    - Play a key role in Management of Emergency Response, including planning and training of ER teams.

    - Play an active role in the investigation and reporting of any/all incidents to Corporate Departments and Hydrocarbon industry regulators.

    - Active in HSE leadership of teams and behavior setting.

    - Contract placement/preparation and liaison with service companies

    - Actively drive the process towards Succession Planning and Nationalization.

    - Conduct audits (Engineering & Safety) of all Process, Utility and structural facilities

    Skills & Experience

    - Degree/Diploma qualified in Engineering or Production, or equivalent years of service within the Oil & Gas industry.

    - Demonstrated qualification/competency as OIM within Oil & Gas Industry

    - Excellent English and communication skills, both verbal and written.

    - Vast Oil & Gas experience
