EPC Construction Business Development Manager, EMEA Responsibilities: Identify, develop and manage new customer relationships Work in a team environment with the project operations, Marketing and Consulting organizations Work in synergy with a support team of country and proposal managers to proactively sell the Company in the Upstream Market, including feasibility studies, FEEDs, OBEs and EPCs. Develop detailed market analysis for growing market space and develop strategies to penetrate a defined target. Identify and develop relationships with the key decision-makers, uncover new business opportunities, recommend value added solutions, and develop a winning strategy (i.e. partnerships, subcontracts, etc). Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization's core competencies and operational capabilities to provide solutions for customers resulting in profitable growth. Develop and maintain an understanding of current and prospective customers to maximize market share. Assume a leadership role when appropriate and work without boundaries throughout the organization. Identify and pre-qualify business opportunities and make recommendations to the organization, assuring Companys participation in the bidding stage. Travel frequently to regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, maintain contact and develop new business. Base Location is to be discussed. Actively participate in the proposals commercial, contractual, legal and economic aspects, coordinating the contractual aspects and the financial and tax requirements.
