Job Description
- Co-ordinate and maintain all HSE Systems, Processes and Procedures
- Improve/update these systems on an ongoing basis
- Research and maintain HSE Information and Library Resources of HSE Department
- Update and distribute the Emergency Response Documents
- Conduct review of HSE Data Reported
- Ensure that SOC and BOSS targets are timely updated and distributed to COP PMT
- Assist HSE Lead in preparation of Weekly/Monthly HSE activities summary
- Ensure that HSE Database is maintained
- Prepare and update the PTW Audit Schedule for COP HSE/PMT
- Update COP HSE Team Leave plan
- Ensure that weekly and monthly reports timely submitted to COP Data & Documentation Coordinator
- Prepare and distribute HSE Performance Reports if required
- Act as an HSE Interpreter when required
- Translation of HSE documents when required
- As directed, work with HSE Lead to prepare monthly HSE data and progress reports
- Roll out safety campaigns for the site PMT
- Be a team member during external/internal HSE audits
- HSE Data for reports are accurate
- Ensure that HSE Reporting process effectively managed
Skills & Experience
- Capable of communicating in Azerbaijani and English language (Written and verbal)
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good inter personal skills
- Good skills on data reporting process
- Excellent knowledge of Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power-point, Outlook
- Considerable experience in a role of HSE Administrator within oil and gas operations/projects industry
- Action tracking database administration
Azerbaijan local national salary and terms apply.
This is a contract position.
