Job Description Provide HSE Leadership and work with the contractor & company team to deliver fully on company's expectations on HSE Proactive approach to completing deliverables set out within the contract Actively Participate in Site Tool Box Talks Maintain a filing system of documentation for each discipline group creating master history files Actively Participate in Site Tool Box Talks Generation of status reports and registers on documentation received Ensure all necessary contract documentation is accurately recorded and safely stored including electronic and original hard copy documents Maintain appropriate registers Upload of documents into Various Document Management Systems Maintenance and distribution of documentation, inclusive of appropriate registers Manage the electronic and hard copy filing of project related technical documentation, including drawings Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, sub-contractors and the project office Issue and track location of all documents and drawings Issue transmittal letters and receipts concerning the documents in circulation Maintaining a master set of "As Built" drawings and transmitting same to applicable contractor for back-drafting purposes Provide assistance to Project Personnel when required Photocopying documents as required Maintaining project documentation files consisting of correspondence, technical data, engineering and supplier drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders, and other project-required documents Update and maintain project document control record keeping system Skills & Experience Competent in communicating in English language both written and spoken Ability to work on own initiative Good inter-personal skills Ability to produce written reports Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel General Education Considerable experience in a similar position This is a contract position. Job Description Managing direct interface with vendor company and ensuring all applicable requests are dealt with and closed out in a timely manner Ensuring design and technical reviews are undertaken in accordance with BP expectations and in a timely manner Reviewing vendor company's technical/material specifications and any technical issues arising from the design process and where required engage with Company subject matter experts for input prior to acceptance or modification Developing with vendor company the agreed required design and technical review schedule and programmes Participating in and facilitating Company's input through Company's subject matter experts and or external independent competent expertise, into the above design and technical reviews Identify critical components within the wellhead system and recommend any specific controls and or intervention requirements to Company project manager Working with Wells teams and vendor company to agree specifications prior to finalizing designs for new-design or modified-design equipment Managing the vendor company and Company outstanding issues register to ensure items are addressed and resolved.
