This is a self-contained modular subsea lubricator package, complete with electro-hydraulic control system. It can operate on both horizontal and vertical trees, with the ability to control the tree, if required. This allows slick line or electric line tools to be run into live wells to carry out a number of operations throughout the life cycle of the well, including: ? Plug installation and removal ? Stroking/cycling mechanical valves ? PLT/MPLT logging ? Perforating, punching and cutting ? Milling out obstructions and debris removal ? Changing out down-hole gauges and valves By using proprietary Vessel Deployment System (VDS) or Intervention Compensation System (ICS), SID can be deployed from any suitable vessel of opportunity. This allows operators to bring fields on line quicker, for less cost, and minimises production losses through more cost effective well maintenance. AXE Cutting System The AXE severance system is a high pressure water jet cutting system designed for environmentally friendly removal of subsea wellheads, piles and platform conductors. AXE can cut multi string casings including 30", in a single pass; removing the need for explosives or rig-based mechanical cutting tools. The self-contained AXE package can be deployed from a rig on drill pipe, or a vessel of opportunity on wire. The system has an extensive track record of successful cuts in the region. Intervention Compensation System Intervention Compensation System ICS is a modular frame which provides four guide wires and a compensated deployment sheave to enable the deployment of umbilicals and tools to the subsea well. This field proven system was designed and built under full DNV survey and classed as an offshore crane. The ICS comprises two separate H-frames, which can be deployed over a vessel's moon pool or over the side/stern. The modular frames are designed for ease of road transport and shipping, and can be loaded to a vessel with a single lift during mobilisation. Vessel Deployment System Vessel Deployment System (VDS) is specifically designed to allow subsea intervention and abandonment to be conducted from a vessel of opportunity. VDS creates a working moon pool with guide wires and deployment sheave, over the stern or moon pool area. A skidding system allows safe movement of high loads on deck, to and from the moonpool. The VDS includes an active heave compensated winch allowing the system to be used on vessels without a subsea crane. Cement Injection Tool Cement Injection Tool (CIT) allows for the installation of annulus and casing bore cement plugs to create a full cross sectional environmental barrier in a single run. CIT is typically deployed from a work boat prior to the removal of wellheads, but can also be run on drill pipe. The tool comprises an upper and lower subassembly, each with dual packers and mechanical casing punches. They are connected by a releasable wire strop and umbilical, the length of which is determined by the plug requirement depth. Subsea Top Drive Subsea Top Drive is a purpose designed tool for recovering the internal tree caps and tubing hangers from horizontal subsea trees without the use of drill pipe or mobile offshore drilling unit (MODU) top drive. Subsurface Tubing Cutter Subsurface Tubing Cutter is a purpose designed tool for mechanically severing production tubing. The tool is deployed on wire rope, and eliminates the need for both cutting with explosives at shallow depths, or toxic chemicals. Support Equipment ?Wellhead connectors and crossovers ?Acid washing kit ?HT 400 pump ?Umbilicals and reelers ?Intervention and work over control system (IWOCS) ?Bore selector ?Articulated deck cranes ?Container workshops ?Diver-less API flange connectors ?Hydraulic power units (HPU) ?Air driven and hydraulic winches ?Guide-wire latches
