We are looking for Subsea Engineers with extensive SURF experience within the offshore Oil and Gas industry. The project is at installation phase and is part of a fast-track development. The wellhead platform will be installed to support the drilling of eighteen wells, with a second wellhead platform expected to be installed in a subsequent phase. Both platforms will be connected to a Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel.
The Requirements
* You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Civil, Mechanical, Maritime or Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
* You have at least 7-10 years relevant experience with preparation of Offshore Installation / Subsea / SURF projects.
* Installation of rigid and flexible flow lines, risers, and umbilical's
* You are result orientated and have excellent delegating skills.
* You have comprehensive understanding of offshore projects.
* You have excellent business acumen.
* You have good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
* You have the ambition to work (temporarily) offshore on our vessels, overseas or in our other offices.

- Works with Production Operations team on stewardship transfer of risk, loss prevention and other deliverables for operations.
- Assist development, maintenance and tracking of risk registers and Risk Assessment Action Plans
- Follow and assist compliance with Project risk management processes & procedures
- Assist in planning and execution of Risk Assessments
- Carry out role of scribe and/or facilitator in Risk Assessments
- Assist in distribution of Risk Assessment results and collation of feedback
- Review Risk Assessment reports and provide comments

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in an engineering discipline
- Well organized, able to communicate effectively with wide range of disciplines
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and frequent changes in priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs (Excel in particular)
- Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications
Familiarity with some or all of the following:
- Risk assessment in context of major oil and gas projects
