The Mafumeira Sul Project (MSP) is located in the southern portion of Block 0, offshore Cabinda province, Republic of Angola. The project’s primary objectives include developing oil and gas from the Mafumeira Field and preparing the Mafumeira Central Production Complex (CPC) to become a central hub for fields in the Southern Malongo area.

Job Description

In addition Commissioning Manager, after having completed formal training, will have overall responsibility for Systems Completion Database. Typical duties will include: 1. Populate Systems Completion Database (Zenator) with tags and procedures. 2. Generate and track progress for A and B check sheets, functional test completions, and certificates. 3. Coordinate Systems Completion Database and handover documentation between construction, systems completions, and operations. 4. Input punch list items into Systems Completion Database and track punch list progress. 5. Input maintenance and preservation and Vendors procedure into Systems Completion Database (Zenator) and track/report progress. 6. Develop and maintain master set of turnover P&IDs, one line diagrams, instrument index, and other drawings to identify scope of turnover systems. 7. Periodically check engineering data to ensure integrity of data and perform updates as required.

Commissioning Manager will have responsibilities for commissioning efforts. Typical duties will include: 1. Coordinate in field mechanical / electro-instrumental Subcontractors teams for the execution of the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities. 2. Manage interfaces with the Commissioning Team, Customer, Suppliers, Companies and other contractors. 3. Monitor and prepare weekly reports of the activities of Completion Systems. 4. Finalize the procedures for cleaning lines and leak testing (leak test). 5. Prepare and update Turnover and Completion Packages for each subsystem / system. 6. Participation in meetings with the client, the contractors and other contractors, including all safety meetings

• Carries ultimate responsibility for all opportunities across the assigned Account(s) or region and drives sales across all United Safety offerings. • Coordinates closely with the International Sales Manager (when applicable). • Coordinates product and solution sales opportunities with the respective Business Segment Staff and Specialists. • Maintains a documented monthly opportunity funnel (CRM) that covers all segment opportunities validated by the segment sales. • Maintains strong client relations across client organization from users through senior client executives. • Maintains contacts and CVR (visit reports) in CRM for all his/her accounts. • Maintains a living Target Account Selling plan (TAS) for all IM and IS opportunities and all opportunities above 250,000 Dollars, plus any opportunity deemed strategic. • In charge of overall proposal preparation for all quotes, tenders preparation and finalization with assistance from Segment Sales who in turn is responsible for the technical documentation and solution proposed within the quote or tender. • In charge of legal and financial negotiation of all RFP’s, tenders, and contracts in coordination with Legal and tax specialists. Final approval of tenders includes approval by the Vice President, General Manager or Sales Manager. • Ensures contracts are in compliance with United Safety contract policy and practices. • Controls and approves monthly invoicing for current month and provides next month forecast to Sales/Ops mgr. • Maintains four quarter rolling revenue forecast for all his accounts. • Assist finance dept in resolving outstanding collection issues. • Monitor competition, market share and pricing within his Account(s) or geography.
