3 Years Oilfield related business experience Ability to work under minimum supervision Broad knowledge of Operations and practices in the Oil&Gas Industry Excellent interpersonal/communications skills Excellent project management skills and organisational qualities Able to read, understand and interpret contractural documentation relating to the Company and its business Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and email Proficient in all methods of communication (verbal, written and presentation) Competent with respect to understanding engineering issues Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, and assist in the development and implementation of new strategies and procedures
Job Description
Responsible for multiple controls function on projects including cost, planning/scheduling and estimating. Plans and coordinates all day-to-day activities of the delegated project to ensure materials and services are delivered within prescribed time frame and cost parameters. Recommends and participates in the development of company policies and procedures Prepare and submit regular status reports both internal and customer driven Attend and/or chair meetings both internal and customer driven Undertake other relevant duties as requested by the Operations Manager QHSE the employee must Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment. Apply company and where appropriate Clients Health, Safety & Environment Policies and Procedures. Maintain and embrace ownership of company policies and procedures. Ensure that all Quality and Operational procedures as identified in the QHSE Manual are adhered to at all times.
Our client, a highly regarded provider of comprehensive Well Control Engineering and Project Support Services within the Oil&Gas Industry, have a requirement for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their Operations team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will have responsibility for planning and coordinating all activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
