Offshore Helicopter Forced to Return to Aberdeen Airport
An offshore helicopter has been forced to return to Aberdeen International Airport after a reported technical fault
The Bond S92, which was carrying four passengers and two crew, safely returned to the airport at approximately 10.40am this morning
An Emergency Services Team were placed on stand-by, but were not needed, as the helicopter returned safely and without further incident
A spokesperson for Bond said a full investigation of the incident was now under way to uncover the cause of the technical fault
