    - Safe, reliable and compliant operations: leads all operations to ensure safe and reliable execution of production activities and deliver company's HSE and production targets

    - Support delivery of Operations Performance Contract

    - Ensure that operations are conducted in compliance with all applicable ROO polices

    - Lead incident investigations as required

    - Coach and mentor Water Flooding Managers

    - Ensure OMS gap action plane is completed in a timely manner

    - Actively participate in the Site Leadership visit programme

    - Ensure that CoW policy is implemented and complied with at all operational sites

    - Provide leadership to the Water Flooding team.

    - Support development of personnel to all levels within the organisation

    - Assure efficient Capex & Opex spend by the development and management of Annual Work Plan & Budget

    - Provide operational input to both Brownfield and Greenfield projects

    - Ensure that integrity management issues at operated sites are actively managed and risks minimised

    Skills & Experience

    - Degree in Engineering or equivalent

    - Substantial industry experience, in a variety of roles that demonstrate skills progression working up to senior management roles, leading teams totalling several hundred personnel.

    - Well-developed staff coaching and development skills with a track record of developing local staff.

    - Strong communication, mentoring and coaching skills with ability to work within a multicultural environment.

    - Good communication and participation skills with ability to interface with all personnel on site,
