Due to a major restructuring of several of my clients divisions the position of Head of Sales and Marketing has become available. The role is fulltime based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The purpose fo the role is to Approach Fabrication Division clients with products/services and collect their feedback and concerns about current operations in order to continuously enhance service offering level and increase client's satisfaction and loyalty.

Job DescriptionDevelop a sales plan to target new clients and develop the relationship with existing ones in order to increase sales of new and existing products & services
Collect clients' feedback on ongoing relationships and forward it to managers to follow up on resolving issues and improve client's satisfaction
The jobholder exercises financial authority as per the level established by the CEO / GM
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS & FINANCIAL AUTHORITY
Divisional Head of Sales/Marketing reports to GM Equipment & Transport and confers with the latter on strategic issues.
Oversee the Divisional Sales and Marketing activity on behalf of the Central Sales and Marketing Department
Coordinate with central Business Development, Marketing, and Sales departments to align pursued pricing and sales strategies
The Sales/Marketing Function is responsible for the formulation, alignment and implementation of the Division’s Sales & Key Account Management strategies across KSA and keeping all of the Department’s systems abreast with the latest
technologies and resources.
Key decisions having significant impact on Sales & Key Account Management of the Division are referred to the
Centralised Sales and Marketing Manager and Divisional Manager for their views / approval as required before
Collect market and industry intelligence and report insights to the central Marketing department in order to seize business opportunities
