    Sales Support Representative Staff

    In this role, the candidate will be customer facing with our valued pump end users in driving customer satisfaction for our Aftermarket Parts Business Segment. The candidate will administer customer inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders for parts transactions within the Fastraq Parts System. The candidate will research and identify pump parts for customer orders and quotations to accurately support the customer request by utilizing various data, tools, installation lists, processes, and programs with varying degrees of complexity and market sensitivity. This position will interact directly with our customers and their various buying groups, along with all facets of the FLS Sales Organization, Service Centers, Distributors, and our North American Business Units Parts Groups in order to understand product specifications and parts requirements, to accurately quote and enter orders to meet customer expectations.
