Job Description

    Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Offshore HSE Advisor

    Responsibilities will include:
    Provide support and guidance to installation teams to ensure:
    Clear QHSE objectives and expectations are understood and met
    Work is conducted in full compliance with the Company Integrated Management System QHSE policies, standards and procedures as well as any statutory requirements or obligations
    All team members actively participate and support all Company QHSE plans, and initiatives
    Activities are carried out in accordance with the permit to work system including suitable and sufficient risk assessments and toolbox talks
    Drive the implementation of Company QHSE Integrated Management System at site level
    Be a role model and support compliance with the Company Life Saving Rules
    Comply with all competency, appraisal and development procedures in line with the role requirements
    Liaison with external bodies, e.g. HSE, DECC.
    Plan, organise and perform site emergency response exercises in accordance with statutory and company requirements
    Ensure safety and emergency equipment is maintained in accordance with the company maintenance management system

    Qualifications
