Commissioning / Compliance responsibility Focal role of commissioning of new vessels (build or purchase from market) Ensuring the compliance/commission/testing/build as per technical specification accordingly to the mandatory of meeting Class, Marine Administrations and Charterer’s requirement. Technical responsibility Establishing commissioning / taking over for safe technical operations to meet vessels’ Class, Charterer and Company highest standard and seaworthy by delivering a continuous improvement of budget in managing the Capex works, troubleshooting and providing technical expertise to the company. Generate Reports & Summary as per new build delivery schedule.

Job DescriptionTo provide premier service to clients, charterers and preserve and promote the high reputation of Company.
Ensure new build compliance with contracts and charter parties.
Ensure new build compliance with all mandatory regulations pertaining to vessel operation, safe manning, safe operation, appropriate technical management, maintenance, compliance with ISM, ISPS, ISO14001, charterer’s requirements and etc.
Establishing the suitability of vessels for expected projects, assignments and tasks.
Handling vessels Guarantee claim matters.
Reports & Summarize on New Built, Docking, & Vessel Delivery.
To produce each ships commissioning report and compiled testing for each ship machinery manuals /procedures.

Project Director - Transmission & Distribution - Malaysia This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Director to join a global leader in the Transmission & Distribution industry. My client is a major EPC contractor with projects globally. One of their key projects in based in Malaysia, a large scale distribution project and they are looking for a Project Director to provide leadership to the overall project. Responsibilities: * Profit and loss responsibility for the allocated project by delivering the project within the time, budget and cash targets in the required quality whilst optimizing the margin. * Ensuring compliance with corporate, sector and business directives and EHS standards.
