Job Description

Interventional Cardiologist - UAE - 7-8 years experience

My client is a state of the art hospital located in Dubai, UAE. They are a multi-speciality hospital and need an Interventional Cardiologist with a minimum of 7 years post-graduation experience, of which 5 years should be specific to procedures performed as an individual operator.

The Interventional Cardiologist must obtain the following:
* Bachelor degree in Medicine & Higher Speciality certificate
* Minimum of 7-8 years experience
* 5 years experience specific to interventions procedures performed as an individual operator
* Valid Medical Licence
* Preference will go to candidates with a DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license

    Assist EPC contractor in developing detail review plan for the project technical specifications, particularly related to cleaning procedures specifications such as piping construction, flushing, blowing, drying and chemical cleaning methods.

    Business Processes related

    - Provide commissioning input during design.

    - Review EPC's contractor's Commissioning schedule and co-ordinate commissioning as per Flawless start-up procedures and PR-1169.

    - Assist the EPC contractor in developing and specifying the Cleanliness Management System for the overall project (all areas across all project execution phases). Input on cleaning requirements will come from the technology provider.

    Discipline Activities

    - Specifying of intermediate and final Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and ensuring that the nominated KPI's are tracked and met.

    - Advice pre-defined action to rectify where KPI's are not met.

    - Provision of work instructions to improve work practices, procedures and engineering change related to plant cleanliness as required.

    Skills & Experience

    - Good general understanding of the construction mechanical build, testing, Inspection process and skilled in pre-commissioning and Commissioning Procedures.

    - Good knowledge and understanding of the Oil/Gas process & systems.
