    - Engineering and execution planning for the specific scope including technical definition, execution planning, contracting, cost and schedule estimating, and EPC Award.

    - Expected to continue leading the work scope execution post EPC Award.

    - Manages team of leads and PMC discipline engineers to complete feed, execution planning, and cost and schedule estimating, ITT preparation, bid evaluation, and EPC award.

    - Works with Engineering Lead to ensure quality and timely FEED phase design deliverables.

    - Works with Procurement Advisor to ensure procurement plan including market intelligence and any Long Lead Equipment needs.

    - Works with contract advisor to properly set up the tender plan, ITT, and EPC contract while following the procurement procedures.

    - Works with the BTPO/systems completions advisor(s) establish a commissioning and start-up plan.

    - Section supervisors participate in key reviews/checkpoints per defined procedures.

    - Section supervisors support their respective project assigned leads to address technical, execution, contractual, etc. issues as require.

    - Project Engineers seek advice, resources, and input from departments as necessary to support design, execution planning, procurement/contracting including participation in key project checkpoints and reviews, major decision points, and issues management.
