Job DescriptionMy client is one of the world’s leading subsea engineering and construction companies in the oil and gas industry and they are currently recruiting for a Market Analyst to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They are looking for someone to support the company’s growth strategy in Malaysia and a dynamic, proactive individual who can work on their initiative with minimum direction.
Main Responsibilities :
• Maintain and update Subsea 7’s global subsea market database
• Sourcing & communication of information on clients, prospects and competitors
• Analysis & reporting to support a range of business processes
• Prepare a regular suite of weekly and monthly reports to support regional and global management requirements
• Assist in the production of the Annual Budget and the 5-year Business Plan and maintain regular reporting showing progress- against the above
• Assist in the development and implementation of Client Account Plans and Pursuit Plans for identified key prospects
• Co-operate with BA Manager as applicable in pursuit of future business
• Gather intelligence in order to maintain a suite of profiles for all the main competition to Subsea 7 within the region.
• Assist in any global exercises. Ad-hoc studies and strategic projects as required
• Assist in the improvement of working practices and procedures of the role
• Development of marketing communications as required

This is a permanent/staff based requirement for an experienced Coatings Manager to be based in Kazakhstan. A brilliant opportunity to work within an international oilfield services company as the single point of authority for Coatings. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria: 1. Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline 2.CSWIP - Paint Inspection Level 3 3.NACE coating inspector 4.ICorr Paint Inspector 5.Extensive experience within production and maintenance on Fabric Maintenance shutdowns and experience related to paint spraying, blasting & fire protection application. 6.Training and experience in the use of Belzona coating FUNCTION: Establish a coatings structure and necessary processes that ensure all coating activities are carried out safely, effectively and efficiently, in accordance with company policies and the company Group Management System. Ensure governance and control over all coating services (external/internal) and in all facilities and maximise value for money in the execution and operations. Provide guidance and support to all company proposals and procurement teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: 1.The safety of all personnel in line with company HSEQ policies, procedures, rules, regulations and certification requirements. 2.Work with HSE department and establish safe working practices in all facilities and projects and with compliance with relevant legislation, standards, company and clients requirements. 3.Monitor all coating activities on site and establish KPIs and methods of measure to ensure industry leading productivity is achieved and maintained. 4.Develop and implement a standardised control system for all coating costs, labour and materials whether in house or external supplied. 5.Ensure that the works are carried out in full compliance with our client's general specifications, and the project's specific requirements. If clients requests are not optimal efficiency, propose and manage expectations to influence appropriately to the companies benefit. 6.Liaise closely with the site management and project managers including planning teams to schedule and execute all works related to coatings. 7.Identify the critical activities and bottleneck for works related to coating and the facilities and equipment arrangements. 8.Troubleshoot technical problems that may affect the efficiency and quality and liaise with Projects for the resolution. 9.Set up and review progress reports for coating activities (progress, schedule, area of concerns, etc.) 10.Management of key relationships between the Group and its customers and employees. 11.Cooperate and coordinate with all Company facilities to ensure that potential synergies are realised and to avoid the potential inefficient duplication of assets and resources. 12.Allocate and manage manpower to facilities and to inpidual projects in accordance with the project schedule and budget. 13.As needed review Cost Reports with Project Managers and the Commercial team to ensure all project targets are being met and risk is being managed. 14.Assist proposals by advising and proposing lowest cost systems and solutions and by resolving their queries during bidding phase. 15.Develop and implement construction HAZIDs, risk assessments, job safety analysis and safe methods of working. 16.To perform other activities or tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management. 17.Transfer of all above knowledge to Kazakhstani workforce using personal skills and 3rd party trainings where required. The successful candidate will be responsible for 3 Land Rigs and as such will organize, co-ordinate and supervise the execution of the drilling works, in order to ensure safe working conditions, good performance, minimize costs, meet established deadlines, project specifications and respecting HSE and Quality procedures and standards. - Responsible for contributing to the effective management of maintenance planning whilst optimising resources, time, and materials to maintain the efficient operation of 2 fast moving production lines and all kegging machinery.
- Assist with breakdowns or maintenance out with the packaging area.
- Work on continuous improvement projects and installations around the fast growing brewery.
- Monitor process hardware functionality, identify potential improvements and perform advanced problem solving techniques and subsequent repairs.
- Identifying engineering design specifications and process hardware for capital projects.
- Carrying out modifications in order to improve existing processes or incorporate new production systems.
- Assist project engineers in the planning and execution of any major capital change projects.
- You will be required to work on; fillers, rinsers, cappers, labelling machines, conveyor systems and case packers
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and attend any breakdowns on equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes, particularly in PPM strategies and spare parts organisation.
- Assist with breakdowns or maintenance tasks out with the packaging area as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Time served multi skilled engineer with experience of working in a fast moving, high pressure manufacturing environment.
- Possess a sound knowledge of relevant environmental, health and safety procedures.
- Multi-skilled with an electrical bias preferred
- PLC fault finding experience on Siemens S7.
- Experience with Krones machinery and checkmats, variable frequency drives, 3 phase motors, pnuematic valves/solenoids and can seamers would be beneficial.

Reports To: Project Manager Job Summary: Provides on-site technical assistance for installation of supplied equipment (HRSG/Boiler). Maintains and develops communications and working relationships with the Customer/Contractor and with vendors of critical and significant components. Responsibilities: *Provides site Technical Assistance to the Customer/Contractor related to HRSG components, intended use, erection, handling and installation, in accordance with the specifications, drawings and/or other documents. *Explain equipment manufacturer's erection manual, erection sequences, drawings, and project installation instructions on the jobsite. *Witnesses the most important and critical installation procedures, sequences and tolerances. *Monitors daily site activities and random checks welding, installation, quality and safety issues. *Assists in resolving inventory discrepancies relating to documentation and damage. The TFA is not responsible for the inventory and must be notified of any issues related to the above mentioned discrepancies within the window identified in the contract. *Fields problems arising during construction and submits Non-Conformance Reports to the Project Manager (and the Customer/Contractor, when necessary), identifying the problem and providing recommended solution(s) to remedy in a timely manner to minimize delays and to support quality work. Also strives to obtain reasonable man-hour labor estimates from the Contractor when a Non- Conformance results in field rework or extra work. *Monitors back-charge work by the Contractor/Customer on a daily basis to track and control costs. *Assists in monitoring /follow up/ and avoiding of additional work on site, associates back charges related to equipment manufacturer's scope of work. *Maintains daily log of site activities and provides weekly reports to PM and/or Manager of Field Service. *Provides lessons learned report at the end of project to PM and/or Manager of Field Service. *Attends meetings related to erection issues. *Acts on site as liaison between Project Manager and Contractor/Customer/End user. The site is located at the following address Carmon Creek, Peace River, AB T85 1V1 No benefits are being provided however public indemnity and public liability insurances will be provided. An approximate hourly wage of CAD $90 plus a per diem of $90. All applicable candidates will be expected to provide their own accommodation, transportation and living costs within this per diem. This position will be based at the site for a period of 24 months with a valid rotation of approx. 77 days on 14 days off. The candidate must have a minimum of approximately 10 years working for an equipment which specialises in Steam Turbine/Heat Recovery Steam Generators or Boiler equipment. Hours expected on site will vary as the project continues but an approximate 40-60 hour working week is expected.
