Job DescriptionWorking as a Structural Design Engineer you will be proven in post-tensioning project design delivery utilising strong technical and design skills. Qualified to tertiary level you must possess a career to date designing post-tensioning buildings and warehouses in Australia.
Key responsibilities as a Structural Engineer in this post-tensioning building Structural Engineering role include;
Design and detail of post-tensioning on building projects
Produce final designs to relevant codes and specifications
Working closely with clients, contractors, engineering managers and drafters
Design software skills - Rapt, RAM and AutoCAD
Full clean driver's license

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Operations Planner, based in Aberdeen
Responsibilities will include:
With the Operations Manager, 'own' the various plans, ensuring that they actively reflect latest updates from offshore.
Maintain, edit and manage inputs to the integrated operations, maintenance, inspection and drilling plans.
Reduce 'waste' (time, money, resources, effort)
Update operations and work order schedules
Be familiar with the various IT tools required in order to plan routine maintenance and repairs (SAP etc).
Key Stake holder and member of the onshore Collaborative Environment, where you will facilitate coordinating meetings for review and approval at work order level, as well as other relevant collaborative tasks, and provide technical support on planning and collaboration activities
Provide daily planning support to relevant Stakeholders in the operations and maintenance units
Manage (along with the Maintenance Engineer and OSC), the planning and scheduling of planned and unplanned work.
Provide understanding and presentation of plans to all personnel
Coordinate plans from the various disciplines and units (Operations / Asset Integrity / Maintenance / Offshore Services / Drilling and Wells)
Contribute to the development of best practices in the planning, operation and maintenance
Promote and participate in network activities with other PM Plants to ensure experience sharing to continually improve upon best practices in the area of maintenance planning and execution
Experience & Qualifications
Extensive operational experience with significant direct exposure to the Operational Planning function within the UKCS (preferably with offshore experience or exposure).
A significant knowledge of planning IT tools used by the Company
A strong background in Maintenance Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other Engineering Discipline.
An Engineering Degree, or HNC/ONC is preferable but not essential.
Extensive Maintenance Systems experience
Additional exposure to Turn-Around / Shut down planning would be a distinct advantage
Extensive knowledge of relevant UK Regulations related to Offshore Operations.
SAP experience would be considered an advantage, along with exposure to an IT based Permit to Work System.
