DURATION: 12 months POSITION SCOPE This role, based in the HSEQ Central team in the Perth office, will primarily be responsible for the development and implementation of the annual HSEQ Assurance Schedule. The Senior HSEQ Assurance Advisor will also provide independent and objective HSEQ audit and review reports to assist Management to ascertain that activities are in compliance with the governing documentation. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a high level of technical expertise and guidance to audit teams. Coordinate and manage the effective use of audit resources to meet the requirements of the approved assurance plan. Instil a comprehensive Management of Change process to schedule amendments. Develop the annual HSEQ integrated Assurance Plan based on risks to the Project and activities aligned to the Project Schedule. Implement the HSEQ Assurance plan and monitor the outcomes. Select and manage Audit team resources dependent on competencies with a focus on controlling costs and utilisation of internal resources where ever possible. Conduct audits and reviews. Review and ensure adequacy of Audit/Review resource levels within the Project identifying any potential resource gaps.
