    Well Management

    Facility Optimisation

    - Maximise facility operations efficiency by

    - Developing a good understanding of field operations, equipment and associated safe operating envelope.

    - Recommending hardware and procedural changes to improve operational performance, plant efficiency and safety

    - Assessing value improvement practices and novel technologies to maximize field production performance

    - Key role is minimising impact of very frequent unplanned outages and business critical events such as export curtailment.

    - Provide expert services to develop systems and implement tools to monitor, analyse and solve facility/production issues in the short and long term and thus maximizing facility production in a safe and efficient manner. Accountable for

    - Providing assurance of accurate production and loss reporting for oil, gas and water injection. Accountable for planned loss forecasting and choke model.

    Skills & Experience

    - Qualified Petroleum or Process engineer to degree level or equivalent

    - Solid experience in field operational and/or project engineering role, preferably in brown field onshore developments.

    - Strong HSSE Leadership skills

    - Self-motivating, high initiative and organisational skills. Flexible and adaptable to succeed in a very fluid environment.

    - Experience in working abroad, preferably in Arabic-speaking countries. Arabic language skills are desirable.

    - Able to identify pragmatic course of action in complex situations, develop cross discipline action plans and drive to closure.

    - Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills to achieve success in a culturally perse and challenging environment

    - Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and interact with all levels of management
