Job DescriptionWorking as a Structural Design Engineer you will be proven in post-tensioning project design delivery utilising strong technical and design skills. Qualified to tertiary level you must possess a career to date designing post-tensioning buildings and warehouses in Australia.
Key responsibilities as a Structural Engineer in this post-tensioning building Structural Engineering role include;
Design and detail of post-tensioning on building projects
Produce final designs to relevant codes and specifications
Working closely with clients, contractors, engineering managers and drafters
Design software skills - Rapt, RAM and AutoCAD
Full clean driver's license

Liaise with Project Controls and Finance teams fortax codes, WBS codes, descriptions and transfer of funds between line items as requested by Senior Cost Officer and/or Cost Engineers ensuring payment in a timely manner Liaise with Contracts & Procurement team to ensure PO are correct and request changes to SAP purchase Liaise with finance and accounting teams to achieve correct allocations in SAP Assist to reconcile SAP purchase orders to commitments in the Cost Control system on an ad-hoc basis if requested by the cost team. EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years offshore oil and gas project experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Procurement, payment and cost control principle preferred. Knowledge of SAP finance and accounting modules preferred.

Due to a new project award, we required experienced bolting technicians and supervisors for a flange management scope in Australia. The project will last three months and will be undertaken on a 4&1 roster. In order to be successful in the role you will be able to undertake the following tasks: *Torque with hydraulic torque wrenches *Stud Tensioning *Bolt measuring *Hydraulic Nut Splitting *Work both independently and as part of a team with other field technicians *Perform onsite bolting, torque and tension services on various bolted applications such as flanges, heat exchanger units, turbine shells, and other equipment. *Troubleshoot onsite bolting equipment and determine the proper bolting methods to meet the customer's needs and specific applications. *Meet and communicate with customers in a professional manner. *Properly use and complete customer and company job related forms and paperwork. *Properly use, care for and maintain company tools, equipment and vehicles. Applicants holding an ECITB accreditation will be preferred. Candidates with construction or mechanical experience and knowledge of plant maintenance and repair work will also have an advantage.
