My client is looking for a cleaning validation consultant with good experience of cleanroom qualification, risk assessment and commissioning.
The role entails practical implementation of validation and qualification of liquid parenterals.

The ideal candidate will have:
*Minimum BSc in Chemical Engineering or other relevant discipline
*Experience of cleaning validation including CIP and SIP
*Hands on experience with parenterals
*Fluency in German

Experience of SIP of lyophilisation would be beneficial.

    - Support the Technical Superintendents and the Vessel Management Teams;

    - Familiarize with applications in Oracle such as plant maintenance system and stock control;

    - Monitor stock of spare parts required for projects under your responsibility;

    - Investigate possible cost reductions and propose or implement savings without adversely impacting vessel uptime;

    - Prepare detailed budgets for approval for modifications and investments, and control these during execution and report actuals after project completion;

    - Liaise with flag state and classification society as required;

    - Communicate and co-ordinate with other departments and third party suppliers;

    - Keep technical documentation and history about vessel and equipment up to date.

    Skills & Experience

    - BSc/MSc degree in Marine Technology, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

    - Previous relevant experience within the offshore, dredging, construction or shipbuilding industry;

    - Knowledge of rules and regulations of classification agencies and IMO;

    - Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;

    Provide technical advice, guidance, assistance and support through all stages of the Project scope of work at site on SVGS PLANT, and to all participating companies, i.e. suppliers of materials, goods and services with regard to the implementation of, and adherence to project Quality plans, company Quality Policies and procedures and to Client/ company/Sub-contractor interfacing arrangements.

    - Witnessing and sentencing of all site civil engineering inspections

    - Coordinate all Civil Engineering site inspections with the site civil engineering subcontractors

    - Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status

    - Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken

    - Review all inspection reports for compliance

    - Assist the site Lead QA Engineer in the organisation, maintenance and control of the quality system

    - Liaise with the site construction engineers and provide assistance when requested

    - Prepare non-conformance reports to the Site Lead QA/QC Engineer and assist in developing corrective actions

    - Assist the Site Lead QA/QC Engineer and the Construction and Commissioning manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities

    - Coordinate with the Company QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems

    - Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained

    - Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation

    - Attend the site meetings as required.

    - Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the Company contract specialisations

    - The identification and issuance of non-conformance reports in conjunction with the Site Lead QA/QC Engineer.

    - The completion of QC site instructions and coordinate their closure The review of inspection test packages during the course of civil engineering construction activities

    - Compliance with the site's health and safety regulations

    Skills & Experience

    - A number of experience in an oil/gas related supervisory position

    - Previous experience of supervision of multi discipline Project support teams

    - Experience of working on major Civil/Building works projects with oil and gas involvement

    - Formal engineering training and technical qualification
