Key Requirements

• Operation activities:
o Monitors and supervises through the Control Room facilities the operation of crude and gas production/treatment plants to meet the Company's oil/gas production targets in terms of quality and quantity.

o Trouble-shoots minor operation problems and reports major problems and emergencies to Oil and Gas Operation Team Leader with proposed solutions.
o Evaluate daily pertaining equipment performance, prepares production reports and recommends to Team Leader for improvement.

• Work Control:
o Supervise and participate in preparing the plant/equipment for maintenance work.
o Issues hot, cold and entry work permits and isolation Confirmation certificates for all routine planned and break down maintenance work.
o Supervise and personally participate in re-commissioning of the plant to ensure safe and efficient.
o Monitor and evaluates the reliability of plant equipment and plant performance.
o Ensure appropriate implementation of the developed OPERGUID procedures for all plant operation and maintenance activities and ensure regular evaluation and update of procedures for optimizations and safe operation.
o Ensure availability of spares and chemicals stocks including review of chemicals and material inventories, maintaining adequate stock and issuing material requisitions.

    Job Purpose:
    Manage operations ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance

    The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of all projects,
    consistent delivery and client satisfaction on the service, product or result until close out.


    Key Accountabilities:
    Is completely familiar with all Company Business Principals (IMS) and Client policies and
    procedures and ensures that each work site complies with both Client and Company policies and
    procedures.
    The Project Manager will be given full Authority for the performance of the project. (supported by
    all disciplines as needed)
    Ensures the performance of the project meets requirements -Time, Cost, Quality and Scope.
    Develops the Project Management Plan (PMP) for approval of the Operations Manager.
    Develops the execution plan, including project method statements (as required) for approval of
    the Operations Manager.
    Provides a single point of contact with the Client and Chairs progress meetings as needed.
    Keeps the Commercial Manager informed on delivery activities.
    Monitors and drives the Project Execution. (i.e. ensures the work is executed as detailed in the
    PMP).
    Together with the Operations Manager, manages the Project Start Up of the project to meet the

    Together with the Operations Manager, establishes a realistic project master programme, and
    seeks/evaluates opportunities to improve it.
    Together with the Operations Manager, develops a QA/QC plan and ensures that it is
    implemented satisfactorily.
    Performs Integrated Change Control for the review and approval of the Operations Manager (i.e.
    looks for impacts of change on all components of the triple constraint)
    Manage the Closes Project/Phase (i.e. ensures administrative and commercial closure)
    Where projects are run, as the initial phase of a long term commission, ensures smooth
    handover to a contracted Contract Manager / Works Manager.
    Coordinates, with the approval and oversight of the Operations Manger, necessary resources,
    sub-contractors and suppliers to develop a detailed scope of works, execution plan and
    necessary method statement specifically required for delivery of the service and ensure that
    planning is implemented during the installation works.
    Manages the agreements with the subcontractors and suppliers and ensures they are in
    compliance with the Company's IMS requirement
    Manages the procurement of the supplies related to the projects and ensures vendors are in
    compliance with the Company's IMS requirements
    Provides feedback and reviews risk assessment, ensuring the results are included in the risk
    plan.
    Ensures that all permits are valid and in place and ensure that HSE policies are implemented
    and recorded (can be via HSE specialist as needed dependent on scale of scope).
    Provides reporting as required for the project communication plan.
    Looks at long term relationship building with the Client organization, so that Marsol can sell
    additional services on the same commission "farming".
    Looks for opportunities due to change of circumstance.
    Monitors compliance of company employees with established procedures.
    Handles on-going issue and change management.
    Oversees service level agreement compliance.
    Manages contingencies, review procurement strategies and coordinate with installation teams to
    minimise cost caused by standing time
    Looks to ways to maximize the Gross Profit (GP)

    Qualifications and Skills:
    Bachelor of Science or similar qualification in a related engineering discipline is preferred
    PMP certification is preferred
    Minimum three (3) years of work experience as a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator or
    Project Manager.
    Conversant with most types of contracting models, with an understanding of how to manage
    contracts based on different stakeholder requirements.
    Competent Microsoft Office Suite user
    Ability to travel to both domestic and foreign locations
    Basic capabilities with project management software for scheduling and cost estimating
    Excellent problem solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
    Ability to work as part of a team and to build effective working relationships.

    Objective
    To manage the Acceptance and Commissioning of the Legacy Container Facility (LCF) ensuring the scope and design meet UUK's Site requirements (including the TMF scope) and the technical aspects of the project are translated into a compliant and efficient operational facility.


    Duties & Responsibilities o "Intelligent Customer" for all technical aspects of the project from conceptual design through to hand over to Operations. o Contribute as a member of the appropriate Committees (including, but not limited to, Design Committee, Design Steering Group, Weekly Project Management Meeting etc), reporting on progress of Design Acceptance activities as relevant to the LCF project. o Organise and lead technical audits during all aspects of the project to ensure compliance with technical scope, regulatory requirements, local rules (including Company Instructions etc) and consistency with agreed standards/codes of practice. o Support the Project Manager to ensure expectations, programmes, budget and quality/reliability are achieved. Responsible for ensuring that design, commissioning and safely targets met are achieved o Ensure all aspects of the design incorporate fully the operational and maintenance requirements. Effective dialogue is established to communicate these requirements into all aspects of the design and specification via operational/maintenance reviews etc. o Ultimately will direct a team of commissioning engineers and technicians to carry out the safe and effective commissioning of the LCF. o Fulfils the role of Suitably Qualified & Experienced Person (SQEP) and Duly Authorised Person (DAP) as required under Nuclear Site Licence Condition 21(5) for the controlling, witnessing, recording and assessing the results of any tests carried out during commissioning. o Responsible for the formulation of, and delivery to the Project Commissioning Plan and recruitment and management of the commissioning team to ensure that the facilities are commissioned safely to time and budget and meet the Business Plan and Project Acceptance requirements. o Flexibly manages the commissioning function so that both long-term and most especially short-term changes to the project plan can be accommodated without jeopardising the project timescales and budget. Manages the successful hand over to Operations. o Generate operational programmes of work and operational information, i.e. resource requirements, procedures, consumables forecasts.
