    Provide Quality Assurance at Majnoon Asset Engineering construction sites for Pressure Equipment, Piping, Rotating Equipment, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Pipeline installations. Responsible to ensure Quality Control requirements are defined and met for projects. Responsible to provide Quality Control requirement training to 3rd party inspectors and Contractor Quality Control personnel.

    - Provide first level support concerning inquires about QA/QC requirements and awareness on QA/QC matters to Majnoon Asset Engineering employees and contractors.

    - Provide quality control overview including verifying documentation requirements for equipment at contractor fabrication yard.

    - Prepare and keep up to date work methods or work procedures.

    - Review and approval of welding procedure specifications (WPSs) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQRs).

    - Review and approval of Inspection test plans (ITPs).

    - Review and approval of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Post Welding Heat Treatment (PWHT) procedures.

    - Working knowledge and experience with Welding Inspection, storage tank inspection, pressure vessel and piping inspection as well as civil construction experience.

    - NACE coating certification.

    - API 650, API 570 and API 653 certification.
