    Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes
    Support the operational HR teams with other administrative tasks, as required
    Proactively identify and report upon Frequent Business Travellers (FBT's) and Short Term Business Visitors (STBV), and liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure all tax obligations are met by the Company in the timescales determined by each country's tax authorities
    Raise payment requests for tax payments to the relevant country tax authorities (as advised by external tax advisors)
    Liaise with employees, where relevant, to recover any tax related payments owed to the Company
    Coordinate and administer all statutory reporting requirements in accordance with local obligations for the expatriate population (e.g. P60s and P11Ds)
    Coordinate with relevant external tax advisors to ensure accurate set up of any modified or shadow payrolls
    Coordinate assignee tax briefings with external tax advisors
    Proactively identify any potential company liabilities and highlight to the relevant tax advisor.
    Coordinate social security applications when instructed to do so by tax advisors

    Experience & Qualifications:
    Highly numerate
    Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
    Experience using SAP is strongly preferred
    Fundamental knowledge and experience of UK payroll processing, including:Starter & leaver forms and processes, Tax codes, Maternity & paternity legislation, HMRC Real Time Information reporting, Basic earning assessment (for childcare vouchers, Auto enrolment (pension)
    An understanding of expatriation and associated compensation components is desirable
    An awareness of shadow and modified payrolls, and cross-border taxation liabilities, is desirable
