Key Requirements

Be fully knowledgeable of the Contract Claims Handling Procedure and assist with updates as needed or required.
Provide guidance, expert support and assistance in all matters related to Contract Claims, either Contractor to Company or Company to Contractor, as requested by CHs, CMPU and/or any other Company individuals or groups.
Where requested, assist CH in the preliminary assessment of the merits of Contract Claims and, in particular, with the relevant analysis and justification supporting any decision to either reject or accept a Claim from Contractor or to issue a Claim against Contractor.

    Understand the business and on-going key priorities by attending LT meetings (weekly and monthly), taking notes, capturing actions and following up in a timely manner. Read the weekly and monthly reports and keep up-to-date with the 2 year plans for the asset.

    Experience
    Secretarial/administrative experience working at the highest levels within an organisation.
    Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels, both within the company and externally
    Delivering against multiple activities to tight deadlines that require independent judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
    Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate experience in dealing with confidential information, in a sensitive and appropriate manner.
