  • Check and validate ICAPS database set up, population and verifications by Contractor
  • Validate witnessing matrix, certificate signature matrix, various task and test sheets, various commissioning procedures (OTP, PVP) and proper PRECOM-COM dossiers compilation per subsystem
  • Approve and verify Contractor commissioning spare parts, special tools, consumables and vendor mobilization management during commissioning execution
  • Participate in FATs and follow up clearance of subsequent FAT punch lists by Contractor
  • Manage Company commissioning team during construction and witnessing of Contractor commissioning activities, responsible for compliance of commissioning procedures by Contractor. Validate all subsystems commissioning dossiers at RFC and RFSU stage
  • Validate punch list items, follow up ICAPS database progress and verify punch list clearance management by Contractor
  • Ensure that Contractor have proper and adequate preservation management for equipment on site during commissioning phases and that commissioning Mark-up activities are properly carried out
  • Attend project meetings as required and liaise with other disciplines, site operations and vendor personnel for commissioning, shutdown, SIMOPS, start up and handover matters

Hands on experience on pipeline flushing, cleaning, gauging, dewatering, drying, and inerting
Good understanding on pipeline design code, subsea umbilical, ROV and marine operation.
Management capability to effectively and safely lead a commissioning team of contractors and vendors towards successful project completion.
In depth knowledge of safety legislation and pipeline engineering/commissioning regulations and procedures.

This is a contract position - located in the project offices in Aberdeen and Shetland. Travel may be required to other site locations as necessary
