Design and Test a revolutionary hydraulic suspension for Amtrak Freight railcars. The Project was funded by both Amsted Rail and Amtrak, INC. A whole test rig was fabricated at the university of Texas pan American laboratory to test the initial design of the hydraulic suspensions and to prove that it meets the specifications established by Amsted Rail.
